i found the golf kart service awesome. the kindness of the staff was endless, everyone was very helpful. i liked that.
the breakfast was horrible for me. i am a vegetarian, and the hotel did not provide indian dishes, even after i requested it.

The hotel location is amazing, right across from the beach, perfect for quick trips with the kids. our family room with pool access was a total win. The kids could jump in anytime! the water slides kept everyone entertained all day long. My little ones loved them. the breakfast buffet had a huge selection (especially the pastries!).
the gym, while available, felt a bit small with limited equipment.

Breakfast offered many options, including both asian and european dishes. The restaurant also had live music in the evenings which was a nice touch. there were themed dinner buffets a few nights each week too. So we enjoyed the convenience of staying in.

the multiple pools and water slides cater to different age groups which is useful. the kids club offered various activities daily, giving parents some downtime. there were also thai boxing and stretching sessions available for adults, something i loved.

The hotel is situated close to many shops, restaurants, and a 7-eleven which makes it easy to grab snacks. i found good exchange kiosks and tour shops just outside the hotel. the beach is literally across the street. A great benefit.

the pools were quite good.
The breakfast options were limited and did not cater to specific dietary needs. As vegetarians, we found the offerings very basic. requesting indian dishes in advance did not result in any changes, this suggests a lack of flexibility. furthermore, being charged for water beyond the initial two bottles felt excessive, especially given the heat.

The location near the beach was okay.
The room smelled like urine and it had many cobwebs. Constant noise at the restaurant, pool, and halls made it impossible to rest. It wasn't good for families. The pool was dirty and I could not see my feet underwater.
